Winners of the “We are all alike” competition have been selected!

Winners of  the “We are all alike” competition have been selected!

ulotka_jestesmy_podobni_LTWe are happy to inform you that winners of the competition held as a part of the “We are all alike” project aimed at young people from Polish and Lithuanian schools (years 9-12) have been selected. All the works we received can be admired on our web gallery.

The choice was not easy to make. The jury was surprised by the variety and high quality of the works. We are glad that the concepts were well thought out. We were also impressed by the effort put in by participants. That is why everyone who took part will be awarded. We will still have a main prize for the winners though.

The jury have chosen the best works from each of the categories established after having received the works:

  1. Movie – Marzena Szylak et al. , the Stanisław Moniuszko High School in Kowalczukach
  2. Essay – Ewa Praszkiewicz, Ciechanowiska, High School in the Vilnius region
  3. Poem – Greta Justyna Pawlun, the Konstanty Parczewski Secondary School in Niemenczyn and Arnas Matulevicius, Algirdasa Brazauskasa Secondary School in Koszedary

Honourable mention: Patrycja Martusewicz, the Konstanty Parczewski Secondary School in Niemczyn

We want to congratulate all the participants, who have shown great creativity. We also want to tell all parents and teachers that all of the children who took part are very gifted.

The awards gala for all of the participants will take place on 31st October at 5 pm at our Foundation HQ (Liepkalnio st 103, Vilnius).
