New volunteer at Silas School

New volunteer at Silas School

Giulia is the new EVS volunteer from Italy. She is studying Psychology and would like to major in Developmental Psychology. She has been working in schools and with children both in Italy and in England. Giulia believes that being part of Vilnius Silas School community is a great opportunity to learn more about children with special educational needs, how to understand them and how to help them improve their daily life.

She really enjoys volunteering and has being doing it since she was sixteen, mostly with children. She enjoys helping other, see how different not only the educational system, but the structure of a city can be around the world; she also likes animal, food and a good book.

Giulia will stay in Vilnius from August till the end of May and she wants this to be one of best experience she can have. She wants to learn the language, understand the culture and be at her best to help the teachers and children at the school.
