A new member of the EFHR team – Lawyer-administrator Agata Palinska

Agata was born and grew up in Vilnius, where she graduated from the National M.K.Čiurlionis School of Arts (specialising in piano). As a teenager she decided to dedicate her life to jurisprudence, so after graduating from school she entered the Faculty of Law at Mykolas Romeris University. Agata further pursued her education at the Law Faculty of Vilnius University. While working at several law firms, she gained experience in the fields of commercial and migration law. She also tried herself in the area of public procurement. Currently, Agata is involved in the activity of the public institution “Žmogaus teisių balsas” (Human Rights Voice), where she provides a weekly briefing on the most important human rights news. In her spare time she engages in various volunteer activities that give her the opportunity to learn about the values and customs of other countries.
