Meet our new Volunteer, Giulia Marasca!

Meet our new Volunteer, Giulia Marasca!

Giulia Marasca is a recent graduate of the Master in Migration Studies at Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona. She has dedicated both her studies and working experiences in the protection and defence of human rights, especially those of refugees and asylum-seekers. She has indeed just returned from a volunteering experience in Greece where she worked in an integration project.

During her internship in EFHR she contributed by writing an interesting and meaningful article on the occasion of the International Day of Tolerance. The article provided thorough information about initiatives undertaken by both civil society organisations and governmental institutions in different European Union countries to favour the integration of refugees and asylum-seekers. The article was published in several languages on the EFHR website on 16 November.
