Tomaš Jenkelevič joins EFHR

2012.12.13 Debata 1

We are pleased to inform you that in July Tomaš Jenkelevič joined the team of the European Foundation of Human Rights. Tomaš comes from Vilnius and is presently a third-year student of Political Science at Warsaw University. As a student, Tomaš tries to acquire knowledge both at university and in practice. Tomaš has won several basketball tournaments in Warsaw and organised sporting events for students from Lithuania. According to him, the combination of his former experiences with the traineeship at the European Foundation of Human Rights is both a challenge and a possibility to acquire new skills. Within the framework of the ERASMUS programme, aimed to finance students’ year-long education abroad, more specifically, in other European countries, Tomaš will be studying for half a year, starting from October, at the University of Malta (Maltese L-Università ta’ Malta), where he will have the chance to broaden his knowledge by studying European Studies and International Relations. After graduation, Tomaš would like to leave for a traineeship at the European Parliament and, in the future, work in one of EU institutions.
