EFHR invites for a free training!

Plakat_2013_12_20The European Foundation of Human Rights (EFHR) is pleased to invite you to an International Human Rights Training Session on 19th and 20th of December 2013, during which participants will have the opportunity to deepen their practical and theoretical knowledge of European and International Human Rights law.

The training is provided by human rights expert Dr Fernand de Varennes.

It is addressed to lawyers, judges, NGOs, students and people working with vulnerable  groups as well as to all other people interested in these issues.

The training is free of any additional costs charge (and includes light Lunch). All participants will receive a certificate.

The lectures will be held in English.

„The Doctrine of R2P (Responsibility to Protect), Crimes against Humanity, and Minorities: A Legal Discussion“ – Dr Fernand de Varennes

Place:  Kazimiero Simonaviciaus University,(J. Basanavičiaus 29A, Vilnius, 15 cab. 

December 20th 

15:00 – 15:20 Registration of participants (tea and coffee)
15:20 – 15:30 Welcoming participants by the EFHR
15:30 – 16:30 „Rights of Minorities in Europe” Dr. Fernand de Varennes
16:30 – 17:30  “How to Use Human Rights and International Law”? by Dr. Fernand de Varennes
17:30 – 18:00 Time for debate (light Lunch)

Place: headquarters  of EFHR, Liepkalnio g. 103, Vilnius.
