New intern in EFHR

New intern in EFHR

P_gPaweł Gołoburda, a fourth year Law student at the University of Applied Social Sciences (UASS), has started an internship at EFHR. He is the first trainee from UASS, which has recently entered into a cooperation with EFHR. During his studies, he has often encountered problems related to human rights issues and now he has decided to put his theoretical knowledge into practice.

When asked why he decided to complete his internship at EFHR, Paweł answered – “I’ve chosen EFHR because I think it is the most active organization protecting human rights in Lithuania. EFHR not only fights against discrimination, but also provides legal aid. Together with international experts, EFHR organizes training on human rights, something that is very important for me. The internship at EFHR will give me an opportunity to use my knowledge gained at UASS. I believe I will have a chance to work on important and interesting projects. The cooperation with EFHR is a very important stage for me, as it will help to become a competent lawyer, which is my overall aim.”

Paweł will work with us until May.
