47 states and one Organisation… the Council of Europe

The Council of Europe has prepared a new education brochure for children under the title ”47 states and one Organisation… the Council Of Europe” which concerns nowaday’s very important issues such as human rights, democracy and the political system of Europe. The brochure is aimed at children aged 12-14, it contains many interesting pictures which illustrate the subject matter of the previously mentioned issues as well as useful information written in a language that is comprehensible for children. In the brochure you may also find the map of Europe and the most important facts about European countries. The brochure can be read by children on their own, but may be used also by teachers during lessons.
