European Foundation of Human Rights kindly asks the parents whose children received the letter from the Minister of Education and Science, Gintaras Steponavičius written either in Russian or Belarusian to send a copy of it to the Foundation. Please send the scanned copy of the letter to the following e-mail address of the Foundation: efhr@efhr.eu.
